Depending on the brand, Countertop/Top Table top dishwashers come equipped with various specifications and features, so you need to know in advance what model you are looking to buy. Most often, the consumers need their top dishwasher to have the following features: the size, the noise control, number of cycles, energy star rating, silverware basket, color and others.

The most important factor when you purchase a dishwasher is the size or dimensions of the dishwasher. Make sure your unit is 22 inches long, 19 inches high and 17 inches wide as these are the standard dimensions of a table top dishwasher. First of all, ensure that you have enough place next to the kitchen sink in order to place the appliance. Usually, it is not excluded that the sink faucet is too short to connect the dishwasher. The next thing to be considered is the noise level that the countertop dishwasher emits. There are some people who cannot just stand too much noise so they would rather choose the quieter type. The models produced in Europe are quieter in comparison with those produced in the USA. So, if you are dealing with European dishwashers, less than 50 dB is considered quiet.

More and more each day, the Energy Star rating is becoming important. It means that if the energy star rating is higher, the less electricity a Table Top Dishwasher will spend. And it is going to greatly reduce your electricity bills.

Further, you would have to check the number of different cycles. They consist of pre-wash, economy, rapid, normal, and intensive cycles. In the main, if you want your dishwasher to have more cycles, the price will be higher. On the other hand, if you are not planning to use your device that often, then there is no need to spend extra money for more wash cycles. A table top dishwasher will suit your budget.

Then, you would like to know whether a Silverware basket is included. It can be suitable for separating your cutlery from the rest of your dishes, especially where high-powered streams of water are needed

The feature that might be important to some consumers is the color of a dishwasher. Unfortunately, the majority of models are not usually designed in different colors. They’re usually one color per specific model.

And the last, but not less important thing is the warranty, especially for cheaper models. In fact, it is of great importance because some cheaper models may often break down so you’ll need to take them to the service more frequently. It would depend mostly on how often you use your new Table Top Dishwasher.
